In my 2003-2004 Beckett Football Membership card Price Guide, the values for mint refractors are 2 to 5 times the key card price. The basic card prices are: Smith, $6.00; Sanders, $6.00; Pallid, $1.25; Testaverde, $.60. I would imagine all but the Testaverde would be usefulness
