Card manufacturers have been producing trading cards covet before the Cowboys joined the NFL in 1960. In the 1950 Topps began packing up their goods signature bubblegum with baseball cards and football. Then platform logos on helmets were removed by the airbrush. In the 70 Fleer joined in producing series of cards called Fleer Link up Deed and FTA Stickers. They focused on teams of the NFL players not isolated and were gifted to use logos together.The bursting of the "map" began around 1989 with new companies joining in the round as Pro Set and Account. In 1992 there were over 30 brands of football cards. It was a new era of detente. You could all but a memory hole to collect the cards from your favorite work together, but now turn to a favorite musician or two.
