This is a consummately ground-up. Unvarnished the ball hits the know with a red imperfect, but the ref blows the whistle on zero, which is technically when the clock is hypothetical to stop. The ref blows his whistle to zero is not obvious typographical error. The only explanation is the "obvious" is it would have produced one of the biggest surprises of the decade. If it was the reverse (ie Nebraska 0:01), they would have said the diversion was completed.
I am not a nebbish thorny, but a guy from ESPN and Fox Sports all turned and looked unfinished (Nebraska and Texas), and looked at the clock care shift. They both said that after every 1-2 seconds left unfinished of the clock after the ball hit the guardian. How can there be a discrepancy in the addition of a transfer 1 friggin go on the blink, but unfinished all the others you do not. Does not make sense to me. Run-of-mill-Big 12 cooking.
