I Lifted yesterday (Breast muscles/Shoulders) and Today(Biceps/Forarms) I lifted about 2 hours ago and am pensive about going to play basketball with some friends for about an hour and 30 minutes or so.

Would This shop-worn my muscle growth?

To be unrestrained, if you are trying to develop large muscles, you had best limit your cardio (basketball would enumerate as cardio). That is not to say that you can't play at all. It's just that you don't want to light your calories doing cardio. You want to use your calories
