Where to find a flag pole commonly seen at Nascar race campgrounds?

My dad goes to Bristol Motor Speedway every year, and on the campgrouds he commonly sees a flag throughout the world that we wishes to purchase. It's 24 feet high, fiberglass, colored red, orange, or yellow, is sectioned into 6 foot sections, and has aluminum connectors between
Devices stores, we use PVC piping(for other ideas).

Use PVC convey ,maybe about 4 or 5 feet. It's sturdy and weather proof.
